Rest assured because your new Restonic ComfortCare™ sleep set comes guaranteed with a warranty that matches the finest quality, care and craftsmanship that goes into every mattress and foundation.

Your new purchase is warranted against defects in workmanship and material (excluding the covers and handles) in the unlikely event that service is required. Your Restonic mattress and/or foundation will be repaired or replaced (at Restonic's option) without charge, except for transportation costs for one year.

In the years to follow, your mattress and/or foundation will be repaired and/or replaced in accordance with the following warranty schedule.* If a defect is observed, your Restonic Retailer from which you purchased the set should be glad to help you. If your Retailer cannot be reached, you should write directly to the Restonic manufacturing plant. To redeem your warranty, please provide proof of purchase.
Restonic may refuse service:

1) If the product is found to be in unsanitary condition, soiled, stained or when failure is due to causes other than defective materials or workmanship.
2) If the product is used for commercial purposes such as in a hotel, motel, or nursing home.
3) If a queen- or king-sized mattress is used without a metal frame (or bed base) for center support.

Restonic reserves the right to require an independent inspection company to determine if the claim is valid. Comfort issues are not covered. Mattresses and Foundations must have a law tag. Venue for all disputes will Dade County Florida.

If identical materials are not available at the time of repair, Restonic will substitute materials of equal or better quality. Implied warranties shall not exceed in duration the term of this warranty, and all incidental/consequential damages are excluded in accordance with each state's laws. This warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state. It is given only to the initial purchaser, and is effective from the date of purchase.

*Attached to every Restonic sleep set is a label which includes a warranty code. To determine the terms of your warranty, match the warranty code with the appropriate line in the warranty schedule.
